We service all UV systems with experienced highly trained specialists who repair and maintain any make or model of UV disinfectants, including both chamber and channel UV sterilizers utilizing low pressure, medium, or high pressure UV lamps.

Your UV system needs regular scheduled maintenance to deliver the required UV and/or ozone to effectively destroy bacteria and other living microorganisms, and to maintain the integrity of your UV system investment.

Low-pressure lamps need inspection every 7500 - 9000 hours of running lamp time. Systems with properly working sensors, should report when service is required. Electrical systems need inspection for potential electrical shorts. The wiring harness, sockets, ballasts, wiring, and other component parts need inspection. Chamber or channel systems need inspections to insure safety and reliability. Inspection prevents water leaks and protects mechanical and electrical equipment. Quartz sleeves need to be inspected for proper UV transmission, and cracks and scratches. Both seals and quartz sleeves need to be chemically cleaned with our own special formulated cleanser. Wiper blades should be replaced with each service to keep quartz clean.

It is highly recommended in addition to changing lamps, that the entire unit is inspected thoroughly to maintain the optimum output of UV transmission. Our lamps are designed to deliver UV for 12 to 18 months, however, all lamps should be inspected or optimum performance every 12 months.

Our state of the art lamps include low pressure, high output, medium pressure, and amalgam lamps. We supply a range of magnetic and electronic ballasts which are reliable, energy efficient, and intelligent, compatible with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). Automatic lamp restart is a standard feature. UVC standard, instant start, cold cathode, pre-heat, high-output (HO) lamps with unlimited pin configurations are available according to your needs. All lamps are supplied with ceramic bases.
