SERVICE

We service all UV systems with experienced highly trained specialists who repair and maintain any make or model of UV disinfectants, including both chamber and channel UV sterilizers utilizing low pressure, medium, or high pressure UV lamps.

 

Low-pressure lamps need inspection every 7500 - 9000 hours of running lamp time. Systems with properly working sensors, should report when service is required. Electrical systems need inspection for potential electrical shorts. The wiring harness, sockets, ballasts, wiring, and other component parts need inspection. Chamber or channel systems need inspections to insure safety and reliability. Inspection prevents water leaks and protects mechanical and electrical equipment. Quartz sleeves need to be inspected for proper UV transmission, and cracks and scratches. Both seals and quartz sleeves need to be chemically cleaned with our own special formulated cleanser. Wiper blades should be replaced with each service to keep quartz clean.

 

It is highly recommended in addition to changing lamps, that the entire unit is inspected thoroughly to maintain the optimum output of UV transmission. Our lamps are designed to deliver UV for 10 to 12 months, however, all lamps should be REPLACED for optimum performance every 12 months.

Our stainless steel housing has a 5 year warranty. Our electrical components have a 1 year warranty.

EMERGENCY SERVICE

The aim of this service is to provide an immediate telephone response to unplanned or emergency situations with the view to
recommending medial actions to resolve problems.

Depending on the Emergency Service request each case is treated with urgency to resolve the individual case. Most times Aqua Azul is able to resolve issues over the phone. In the case that the Emergency Service request were service could not be resolved over the phone further steps are taking to either get a component shipped back to us or Aqua Azul service technician is dispatched to the site for further analysis to correct the issue on hand.
Priority to contract customers
Contract customers always take priority; Aqua Azul does however reserve the right to charge the standard service contract rate for any expired contracts.
